Are there Shipping Restrictions?

We ship within Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do I need to register to shop on your website?

You do not need to register. Shopping with us is very easy.

1. Shop for items and add to Cart.

2. ‘Proceed to Check Out’ – Click.

3. Complete Payment Option and click ‘Pay now’.

4. You will receive an email confirmation of your Order and your Invoice.

Note: This simple process requires payment by any Visa/MasterCard branded credit card. If you would like to pay by a different method, please use our Contact form to place your order. Full details of this process are in our Orders/Pricing/Shipping/Delivery Options.


Is my Credit Card secure?

Your payments are processed securely by First Atlantic Commerce and facilitated through Republic Bank Ltd, using industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools. You receive an email immediately when you make a payment.


When can I expect my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via TTPOST and their delivery time is 3-5 business days.

You can skip this process and pick up your order at our store location. Please see full process in our Orders/Shipping/Delivery Options.


Are your prices VAT inclusive?

The prices payable for the goods on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices exclude shipping and delivery.


Is there a discount policy?

We strive to keep our retail prices as reasonable as possible.

Where discounts are offered on specific items, these cannot be combined with any other special promotions or sales.


How can I place an Order for a Special Book Title?

Please submit your request via our Contact Form – SUBJECT - SPECIAL TITLE REQUEST.

Please provide full details of the title – Name/Author/ISBN/Format. We will respond within one to three business days. Alternatively, please WhatsApp 868 477 6260 and provide your email so that we can respond.


How can I place an order for bulk items:-

Please submit your request via our Contact Form – Subject: BULK ORDER REQUEST. Please provide full details of the products required. We will respond via the email address provided within one to three business days.


How can I place an Order from within the wider Caribbean?

Please visit our Caribbean Orders page . We will respond via the email address you provide and follow on thereafter.
