ORDERS:-

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment and details of location to facilitate delivery.

Order Cancellation: - This must be done within 24 hours of the time of placing the order. Kindly complete our Contact Form and provide all details including the Order #. Your refund will be returned to the card used.

PRICING:-

The prices payable for the goods on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices exclude shipping and delivery.

Prices on our website may not always be the same as prices in our store.

Sale or promotional pricing applies only to those specific items and we cannot always guarantee availability at the time you place your order.

PAYMENT: - Preferred Method

1. Any Visa/MasterCard branded Credit Card.

2. International Visa Debit Card (formerly Linx), supported by certain Banks’ cards.

Option:-

Direct Bank deposit: - If you choose this option, you must use our Contact Form to place your order. We will then email you an Invoice and bank account payment details. You can proceed with payment either by online bank transfer or directly to our account at any branch of Republic Bank. Once payment has been made, you must email /text us the payment confirmation so that your order can be processed.

All payments are processed securely by First Atlantic Commerce, facilitated through Republic Bank. We take security very seriously and ask that you read our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS: - Within Trinidad and Tobago

• Standard Delivery is via TTPOST at a flat cost of $30TTD. Once you have completed the order process and payment has been made, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. TTPOST usually delivers within 3-5 business days.

• Free - ‘Collect @ Store’. You can pick up your package Curbside or at the store within 1-2 business days of completion and payment of your order. You will need to present valid ID and Confirmatory email of Invoice and payment

• Expedited Delivery – Delivery via Private Courier - Within 1-2 calendar days (Trinidad only). Fee is based on location. For the time being, deliveries are made to established business offices in the Port of Spain area. If you wish Expedited delivery outside of this area, please use the Contact form to place your order as separate arrangements will have to be made for delivery.

Cost of Expedited Delivery:-

Selected locations within Port of Spain & Environs - $35.00TTD

Selected locations outside of Port of Spain - -------- $45 to $150TTD

ONLINE PURCHASES WITHIN THE WIDER CARIBBEAN:-

 Please visit our Caribbean Orders Page and complete the Contact form. We will respond within maximum two calendar days so that your order can be confirmed, and payment as well as delivery options determined. You can also email us - info@talesntreasures.com - and we will respond within 1-2 business days.

 You will be responsible for payment of any local tariffs, taxes (including VAT) and any other charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

 DHL will usually deliver within the Caribbean in 7-10 business days once your order is confirmed and you agreed to the quoted shipping costs.

 You have the option of choosing another carrier of your choice and you will be responsible for such shipping costs.

 You also have the option of having the items shipped to directly from our supplier via your own forwarder/shipper/courier.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS:-

Safety is our priority. We take all safety precautions while handling your orders. Masks are worn at all times and sanitizations are done before and after each process/package.
